General Conditions
The entry period for the "Glorious Giveaways Sweepstakes" ("Promotion") begins Friday, June 5, 2015 at 10:00:00 am Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT") and ends at 11:59:59 pm MDT on Saturday, July 4, 2015 (the "Promotion Period"). Promotion is sponsored by Casey's Bargain Basement (hitherto referred to as "Sponsor"), official Amazon.com partner, in collaboration with Donna's Glorious Giveaways ("DGG"), an independent associate of Blogger.com and DGG's network of sweepstakes partners. DGG's computer will serve as the official timepiece for the Promotion.
Promotion is governed by these Official Rules, as well as by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to Promotion.
How To Enter
Potential entrants are solicited by social media marketing, sending an invitation to Sponsor's existing e-mail list and by utilizing the traffic sources of DGG's network of sweepstakes partners. These solicitations direct potential entrants to a blog used in connection with Promotion (the "Web Site"). To enter, each potential entrant obtained via e-mail must register for Promotion by visiting the Web Site and responding to Sponsor's e-mail invitation with the number of banners displayed on Web Site (as directed in the invitation). All other potential entrants must gain entry to Promotion by filling out the registration form at the given sweepstakes network or social media platform (the "Form") with his/her valid full name, e-mail address and (optionally) country of residence.
These entry requirements must be satisfied by July 4, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm MDT. All entries must be received by July 4, 2015 at 11:59:59 pm MDT. Entries received before and/or after the Promotion Period will be void. Entries must be completed accurately and in full. Any entrant who submits a Form with missing or invalid information will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants who register via the Form or who fulfill Promotion’s entry requirements for Sponsor’s existing e-mail list members. The winner will be notified by e-mail at the address provided during registration or at the e-mail address corresponding to his/her existing mailing list registration with Sponsor. Winner’s name will also be posted to the Web Site. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the duration of Promotion. All prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded.
Winner will be required to respond to the prize notification within the time specified in said notification and will be required to either: (1) provide an e-mail address registered at Paypal.com or (2) sign and return a declaration of eligibility for the purpose of receiving the prize. If the above requirements are not met, the prize may be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random from the pool of remaining eligible entries. The replacement winner will need to satisfy all of the requirements of these Official Rules. This process will be repeated until the prize is awarded in full.
Sponsor will retain and use entrants’ contact information solely for the purposes of adhering to relevant legal requirements and alerting them to future sweepstakes opportunities, except where prohibited by law or in cases where entrants request the purging of said contact information. At the end of Promotion Period, any entrants wishing to have their contact information purged must send a written request to Donna Mills (dmills@donnasgloriousgiveaways.com) or to Sponsor at the address given below.
Prize
One eligible winner will win $25 cash.
One (1) prize will be awarded to one eligible winner, who will have the option of having the prize money deposited to his/her Paypal.com account or sent to his/her registered e-mail address as an electronic gift card redeemable at Amazon.com. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for goods or merchandise other than those found at Amazon.com. Reporting and payment of any federal, state, provincial, local, VAT, or other taxes, fees, customs, duties, insurance, or other amounts owed in connection with any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen gift cards or cash prize deposits, however such a loss was caused. In the event of such an occurrence, the initial awarding of prize to the winner shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to said winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
If the gift card option is selected, winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility (certifying that he/she is 18 years or older) within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Should the Paypal option be selected, the winner will have 14 days to provide a valid Paypal e-mail address to which the prize should be deposited, after which an alternate winner will be selected.
EACH PRIZE IS GIVEN AWAY BY SPONSOR "AS-IS." SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, REGARDING ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Eligibility
Promotion is open to any natural person who is a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign-based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law), who is 18 years or older at the time of entry, and who has access to the Internet on or before June 5, 2015. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, or agents (including but not limited to advertising, promotion and production agencies) and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible.
Only one (1) entry on the Form per person and per e-mail address is permitted. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same e-mail address or from the same individual using multiple e-mail addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible. Late, incomplete, computer-generated script, or other automated entries are not eligible and are void. In addition, entries that have been tampered with or altered are not eligible and are void. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to notify Sponsor in the event of a change in e-mail address or other contact information. Sponsor is not responsible for network, modem, or other equipment failures or for incomplete, garbled, or delayed entries, however caused.
Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines: (1) has tampered with the entry process or the operation of Promotion or the Form; (2) has acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy or harass Sponsor or any other person or entity; (3) has not satisfied all of the requirements for entry in Promotion; or (4) to be otherwise ineligible under, or otherwise in violation of, these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to commit any of the above acts of misconduct may be a violation of civil or criminal law and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability/Terms and Conditions
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, any manufacturer or supplier of any prize, any other persons or entities involved in Promotion, each of its and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any responsibility or liability whatsoever arising out of or resulting from: (1) entry or participation in Promotion; (2) the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize; (3) any violation by such entrant of these Official Rules or applicable laws; (4) any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information including, but not limited to as a result of technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof; (5) entry materials that have been tampered with, or entries that are illegible, late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected; (6) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in connection with Promotion; and (7) any conditions arising from events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Moreover, by entering the Promotion, entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PROMOTION, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, WHETHER ARISING IN STATUTE, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND ALL SUCH DAMAGES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.
Publicity
By entering, each entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use and publish such entrant's name and any other information in any winning entry both online and in print, in connection with Promotion, without additional compensation, except to the extent prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to use any information provided by entrants in connection with Promotion in any manner permitted by these Official Rules or the Form policies.
Termination
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to any reason that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Promotion. Such reasons include but are not limited to fraud, tampering, unauthorized access, infections by computer virus, bugs, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor. Should Promotion ever be terminated prior to awarding of the prize(s), Sponsor will announce an alternate means of awarding the prize(s) on the Web Site.
No Endorsement
Nothing contained in these Official Rules or in any of the Promotion materials should be construed as an endorsement by Sponsor of any prize manufacturers or suppliers or other third party, product, or service.

Other than referring to the Web Site after end of Promotion Period, a personal copy of the winners’ list and/or of these Official Rules may be obtained by e-mailing Donna Mills (dmills@donnasgloriousgiveaways.com).
